Why did GOP kill the American dream? Who can answer this?
Our GOP bullied and perhaps even bribed the Congress to make beneficial laws for the corporations to relocate their production facilities to any foreign country they saw fit. The corporations may be public or private but it does not matter as the only things that matters are the decisions of the company boards not the small shareholders like Jill and Joe.
And now these same cronies of GOP want the wealth tax relief to the same 1% of the richest in America to remain intact. This wealth tax elimination means several hundred billions dollars of lost tax revenue per year that must be paid by someone. These wealthy families have no problems of paying it but as this decision remains still untested their servant the US Congress may let them have this money.
It people in these company boards are mostly something in the clouds for ordinary people. On the surface it is obvious that the board members represent a great multitude of skills and have acquired a vast practical knowledge covering all fields and disciplines needed in global business. They are in that respect real experts. They are also well educated by graduating from the most prestigious universities of this country with many having spent time for further studies outside the USA. This is as good as it can be - but something is lacking.
With the time the small shareholders have lost all control of these companies and the board members of all major companies are today just a collection of buddies serving in the boards of their fellow board member companies and rewarding themselves generously as per shareholders' wishes (boards' suggestions and approvals). One of the simplest compensation rules is that if the share price increases or stays above a certain level for a couple of weeks or so during that calendar year the top management has deserved a reward. With the passing years this reward has grown and grown to a level that it often exceeds even the company profits.
This is however, a minor problem compared to the job loss we have today. Note that this buddy system of the wealth or the invisible powers behind them controlling these now wealthy hired hands have everything needed to support the share prices in these companies to reward the directors and top management with ever increasing bonuses. The small shareholders have lost their say even if they together own the vast majority of the company.
This 1% of the richest people, most invisible, are additionally using such organizations like the Bilderberg Group & al., to advance their real goal towards global domination.
The USA is now the most powerful military nation on the earth but to move forward it need soldiers not laborers. So the strategy was to send jobs overseas under pretense that this would bring the economies there up to par and provide purchasing power to buy American product. What product, we make nothing meaningful beyond the unmilitary hardware.
When the er is no more ordinary manufacturing jobs available what can the young men and women do? They do not want to starve to death nor stay with their forever poorer parents to see their suffering and they enlist into military service. There are plenty of jobs there.
Dear GOP it is time to turn around and stop this nonsense. The US mighty army is and will never be powerful enough to conquer the world.
The history has shown many times over that a hidden or visible soldier defending his/her own turf can keep some 10-20 attacking soldiers occupied to such level that keeping piece of land becomes unsustainable. To conquer the world the US population should be between 65 and 130 billion people. The last count showed some 310 million and with that the odds are against this nonsense and lunacy.
This leaves GOP one option. They have to take employing Americans at home seriously. Our laws must be changed immediately so that the companies that have moved their manufacturing overseas will find it next to impossible to bring any of their products back to the USA. We must levy a special tax beyond the duties that might be collected from their foreign competition to make it clear what those profiteering companies must do.
This proposal for sure has nothing fair in it and that is absolutely the purpose. What GOP has done earlier is almost a treason, and treason is a crime that must be punished! Our long time ago Presidential candidate Mr. Perot had a clear vision of this issue and all what he said of losing our jobs overseas has now been proven to the last comma and period.
This depression - it is not an ordinary recession - and it will not ease before the outsourced jobs start coming back to the USA. The full blame on GOP is fully justified in this case.
Unfortunately, the same policies continue as the gridlock in Congress and the impact of AIPAC can not be solved before we have a real third party. The Tea Party does not qualify as it is just a camouflaged GOP.
The only alternative is to get the blacks, natives and naturalized citizens together to form third party. Standing between the GOP and Democrats make them a power broker and with time force reform of the government exactly as has started already in the UK. The joining factor for the blacks, natives and naturalized citizens is the blatant discrimination on the job markets and their factual position as social outcasts in the American fabric. If you believe otherwise look at the mirror and stop kidding yourself - in theory discrimination does not exist anywhere in the USA but the facts are different here on the ground level, and here we have tens of millions of untold real stories!
How to get started?
The best of the current options for the third party is to get the wrongly fired Georgia State Director of Rural Development for the United States Department of Agriculture, Ms Shirley Sherrod, to take the challenge and organize this party. She would be surprised how much support she would get. At this moment of history nobody else has her glowing aura. This move would benefit us all in the USA and that include even GOP and the Democratic party!
